CIRT provides customised training and education that suits individual or site requirements. We believe that generic training programs are limited by people's ability to identify ways of applying the skills or knowledge gained via training. We strive to tailor each and every training session and program to the needs of the partipants.

To ensure that our training is directly relevant to the needs of the participants, we attempt to gain an understanding of individual needs (needs assessment), review relevant organisational materials (policies and procedures for example), test case studies with management or participants and develop teaching aids that support learning outside of the teaching room.
